I made a small error when converting colours from the old system to the
new system. Specifically, anyone who had been using background colours
for their clans previously probably noticed that the colours came
through not as they were before the change.

To address this, I've re-run part of the conversion code with a bit of
tweaking. Specifically, I've reconverted all the clan config colours for
everyone who hasn't changed their configs, so the colours should
properly match what they were pre-conversion, without interfering with
anyone who's already set up their colours.
