We released a new dingbat item: a travelling balloon! The balloon costs
700 dingbats and will take you to the various continents of Lusternia
(Basin of Life, Lirangsha, Mount Dio and Icewynd). If new continents
open up, the destinations will expand. It is sold by Pinky Puddleglum.

To Recap:
o Travels to the different continents Lusternia (currently Basin of
Life, Lirangsha, Mount Dio and Icewynd).
o Can only be used on the prime plane in an outdoor location.
o DROP BALLOON will cause it to grow into a large balloon.
o ENTER BALLOON to hop into the balloon's basket.
o TURN WHEEL inside the basket to set the location.
o PULL LEVER to fly to the location.
o PUSH BALLOON to put it back into your inventory.
o Only balloon's owner can make the balloon travel (though can take as
many people as he or she desires).
