The various lunge-like Kata mods (skive, etc.) can now be included in a
kata form attack by prepending = to the form name. Similar to how the
boost skill is invoked by prepending + to the form name. And yes, you
can prepend both + and = together to do both. See AB help files for
updated info.

I thought this would take another day or two, or else I'd have just made
this and the prior update just be one post. Was easier to code this one
than I expected. Yay!
