o You can now mark Ikons as being part of lists. See IKON for new
syntaxes. Report 1006.

o The default IKON LIST will now collapse multiples of a single Ikon
under one entry. You can use the FULL parameter to expand the listing.
Report 1006.

o Retributive attacks from Chemantics and Wildewood now happen on any
aggressive action. Retribution will not fire more than once on attacks
within a 0.5 second period. No report - administrative decision.
