You will notice now when the Wheel of the Goloths is turned that
temporal sparks will appear in the area with the beings out of time. You
can also simply find a spark and give it to the beings and they will
follow you! This should make it easier for lower level players to
participate. You may also notice more of these out-of-time travellers
than before over time.
