Trader Bob's adventures has led to the opening of aether manses! This is
Lusternia's housing system, so please read HELP MANSES to see what the
system is.

If your city has a portals chamber, the power minister can connect your
manse. It costs the city or commune 1000 power so cities or communes may
wish to charge for this service (it costs nothing to disconnect a manse
from a city/commune portal chamber).

Also note that manses cost gold but there are artifacts for aether
manses available, including one for a shop! Further, these manse
artifacts will be in effect for the duration of the artifact sale.
