We've added a new beast reagent:

Kikikoru Reagent: 25 credits
- BEAST ADMINISTER <reagent>
- This will permanently add 25 extra trains to your beast.
- One use only!
- Stackable up to 10 doses (i.e., cannot use over 10x on one beast).

We've also updated the powerplex jewel so it acts as a powerstone,
refilling to 100% efficiency at the start ever every month.
