two new artifact runes:

Great Rune of Glass Working (40 cr):
- Transforms vials and bottles into artifact bottles and vials
- Can be attached to any bottle or vial (including sorcelglass items)

Great Rune of the Tobacconist (50 cr):
- Transforms pipes into artifact pipes
- Can be attached to any pipe (including artisan crafted pipes)

BTW, existing artifact vials can be sorcelglassed. All artifact pipes and
vials will show a glowing rune upon probing.
