We've introduced a new feature to the familiar POWERLOG command -
POWERLOG SUMMARY! To access previous days, you'd simply do Powerlog 0
<day> Summary. For one day ago, this is Powerlog 0 1 Summary.

In the process of adding this we've standardised all messages dealing
with power loss. In the past, some messages said that negative power was
stolen or lost. Since this doesn't really make sense, the negative sign
has been removed. Though this won't affect previous entries, it will
affect new entries in the log. If you notice any of these popping up
after a day or two, please BUG so we can fix it.
