The Challenge of Nature proceeded as Lusternians fanned out across the
Basin of Life and the Undervault, seeking the visions given them by
mystical kaleidoscopes. After innumerable mistaken leads and false
turns, Xiel Peulus was foremost in finding the goals of the visions and
was the first to complete the Trial. Thus he rose in triumph as the next
Bearer of the Seal of Nature!
