o Bard champion bracers were not increasing instrument strength as the
old champion instruments had been; this has been fixed.

o You can etch dwarven runes while you're up in the trees.

o PORTAL SEARCH SHOPS should no longer show a shop if you don't have
permission to buy the item there.

o If you don't have rights to price things in a shop, you can no longer
write its shop sign.

o Tahtetso and Shofangi were unable to list guild projects with the
syntax PROJECTS IN TAHTETSO, but this should work now.

o Fixed a bug where new novices might inherit completed collegium
quests from previous players who were purged due to suicide or
inactivity.

o Fixed a variety of typos and grammar errors.
