- Highfavour and Strongfavour powers have been swapped:
strongfavours will now cause decreased hunger/sleep/damage, and
highfavours will increase skills and provide an xp bonus.

- When a strongdisfavour causes increased need for hunger and sleep,
it will have an affect on players greater than level 80. That is to
say, you will need to eat and sleep again for the duration of the
strongdisfavour.

- Previously high(dis)favours only granted/took xp when they expired,
and as it was a static amount it made longer duration favours less
valuable. To compensate for this, they now affect xp gain while
active, in either an appropriate negative or positive manner.

- Tierstone gaze and scry are, due to popular opinion, now a single
syntax again: gaze

- Inguilding will be logged in the collegium log as well as the guild
log.

- Perfect-fifth-using bards will no longer be so attractive that you
can't bear to leave their presence even when they're still dead.
Not even to necromancers.

- People wearing Marauder's Masks will no longer show on QW or WHO
in the ally or enemy color.

- People wearing a Stealth Masquerade mask will show on QW or WHO
with the ally or enemy color of the person they're impersonating.

- There will be a politics news post announcing theater winners similar
to the existing post announcing library winners.
