Tidings all,

By consensus of the Moonhart Circle, the Commune of Serenwilde formally cedes from our honoured and long-standing alliance with the City of Gaudiguch and the City of Magnagora. Instead of turning to new alliances, we set forth on paths wild and untamed.

We turn not to isolation. Serenwilde shall enter spheres of conflict for the Grace of the Moonhart alone. We know also there are many ways to engage people of different nations outside of conflict, and look forward to these exchanges of culture and commerce.

Serenwilde offers continued freedom of travel and trade to non-enemied members of Gaudiguch and Magnagora as once stipulated under our former treaties. This offer does not supercede current articles of the Sacred Leaves. Agreements and bans established with other nations also remain in effect.
