As revealed by Brother Crow and White Hart, those with their totemic
skills can assign a Druid caretaker of their totem, allowing the druid
to affix runes and tune the totem.

Additionally, I noted in an earlier post that I was researching a
reported bug with the Living Totems not always giving power to
Serenwilde. This was simply an issue of the powerlog entry not always
showing up in a consistent location (sometimes making it appear as
though it was not giving power on certain days). I have tinkered with
this a bit and hopefully the problem will be resolved. Rest assured that
your commune is receiving daily power from your totems!
