Hello, this is a brief greetings from the researcher of beasts, Kyalrhin Ysav'rai. If you are fine with being completely spoiled by my acquired knowledge, then venture forth eagerly, greedily, and avariciously! If you wish to maintain an aloofness to the world of beasts, I refer to you, "A General Guide to the Husbandry of Beasts", and reading pages three and five for the general information provided therein. This book has been decades in the work, so please take the information within seriously. The administration of over one hundred zimoru reagents have been used per beast, so while this book not have all of the different variations list... it should, at least, give a very good idea of what direction you want to take for your beast's diet.

Crows are the totemic spirits that the Blacktalon can summon forth an egg for. For the Blacktalon, they possess two inherents. The crows will not divulge these skills to anyone who is not of the Blacktalon. The first is flight, and this CAN be taught if you are not a Blacktalon. Shockingly, people who are not Blacktalon and teach flight to the crow will see added descriptors to the crow's wings that a Blacktalon themself will not receive. Vexing, as I am a Blacktalon and was not able to get this information. The second inherent is the Blacktalon inherent, which is a unique poison attack that has a very minor chance to give the dysentery disease, as well as inflicting infection upon its victim.

The egg is enormous, about the size of a human skull. Its shell is extremely thick and is as dark as pitch, absorbing the light around it. It radiates the presence of pure evil.

* The following sketch provided is that of a young giant crow. *

The crow is enormous, a huge bird with black feathers and beak. Larger than a dog, his wings have a span of over eight feet. One eye has been scooped out, leaving a dark, empty socket, forcing the crow to cock his head toward whatever catches his interest.
