Because I came across it and I couldn't resist. Pokemon hold a special place in my heart, and to see a groundhog with a skull on his head holding a bone....it was one of those things I couldn't pass up.

I thought the answer was no if you won. I thought all the winners got put into the World Library automatically. If this is true you can't publish if you win, because the book has already been published. If you didn't win, get runner up or merit you can publish your entry.

You can see everyone's ranks in "Chronicles of the Basin".

I only know the ones I have in my honors right now! The theater one didn't even go in until I had (mumble) plays produced and was already at the rank I'm at which might be the highest one or not, I don't know. And I don't remember the library ones I went through, but I'm certainly not at the top in those.
