The on credit per day thing in march... I am not getting mine for the second, is there a time zone difference I am unaware of?
Unknown2010-03-02 17:23:23
All times are GMT, and you have to play about ten minutes each day to earn that one free credit.
Simimi2010-03-02 17:25:12
Ahh so last night CST would have likely been March 2nd GMT... interesting.

Yup. Your Lusternia month is like from 6:00:01 pm one day to 5:59:59 pm then next. Have to log in each time between that window.

Nuts, missed one already!

Personally, I can't think of a single reason to put all the runes on the same item (aside from the whole "One Ring to rule them all" aspect
)

You have to be sure you like that jewelry, cause you'll have it forever, which I think was Lendren's point.
I was thinking that you'd also have to be sure which enchantment you want to have lots of (lots of cleanse can be good, but lots of mercy is needless), but I realized that you can just use up all the charges and get the jewelry re-enchanted with something else if you want.
Sylphas2010-03-03 01:13:35
And if you've got a personal cube all your enchantments basically have as many charges as your cube anyway.

What are all the different layers of clothing?

Underwear
Normal
Overwear
Accessories
You didn't ask this but...
Body parts for clothing:
toes
feet
ankles
legs
waist
gut
chest
back
arms
hands
neck
face
head

Thanks. Writing a system for wearing/storing/creating/maintaining different outfits, and layering plays havoc with the really simple approach.
Shaddus2010-03-03 02:05:51
You people have obviously never played around with Kharvik's leather choker with about 1500$ worth of runes on it, or damned near. I forget how much but I counted it up one time.

What does making a room private (via the Privacy Gem) do exactly?
Sylphas2010-03-03 03:10:06
There's a list of allowed comms somewhere. I can't find it. Anyone know?

Bah. Doesn't work, I'm assuming because I'm an alchemist. DESIGN COMMODITIES does, though. Would be nice if the entire verb worked for everyone. Or at least the informative ones.

Even easier, the person who's going to re-enchant it can just disenchant it before they begin, removing all those charges with one wave of their hand. Or possibly hands, I can't remember. And you get colourful sparks too!

That's because you're probably not a TM. Only TMs can see DESIGN LISTCOMMS, I believe.

Why does the regex ^\\"(\\w+)(\\d+)\\" match "sdlkji45309" on http://regexpal.com/ but not in the game...?

If you're on Mushclient make sure Regular expression is actually checked.
Simimi2010-03-03 03:42:49
Ah, Mudlet, forgot to mention that. I seem to be having problems adjusting to it, and may just be going back to Mush. For time's sake if nothing else.
