Because you are not a newbie of course.

I was once upon a time. I also killed more than a hundred of each. sad.gif

You will just have to soldier on without those 15 lessons then, you poor, poor thing! oldie.gif

or you could just wait 40 some minutes for your daily credit, and then you would have those 15 and another 15 to spend else where.

See you don't need to go killing gnomes.

Hmph, it takes more than 15 lessons to transcend a skill.

Also, a credit is 6 lessons, not 30.

31 days in March though. 186 free lessons. wub.gif

Pssh, Of course. I just assume you always have spare credits laying around...

HOW DARE HE!
Zallafar2010-03-02 01:40:10
CODE
KA LOGAMI LEFT|RIGHT
Kata: Action

Ka Weight: 175
Bodypart: Rarm, Larm

You can lock the left and right arm of another with the logami attack. A locked arm remains locked until the target writhes free. While an arm is locked, it will be significantly slower moving than normal. This move requires you to use both blades at the same time, bring them down on either side of your opponent.

This is a grapple? The syntax suggests one arm is locked but the AB says "left and right arm". Forren has this:
QUOTE
Aesyra twists your right arm with Kiragha, Twilight's Lustre, pinning it tightly.

which is one arm. In my log I have:
QUOTE
Zukalim twists your right arm and left arm with his blades, pinning it tightly.

which sounds like both arms locked. Was this changed since Forren? Is this one writhe or two?

It was changed with momentum. It locks both arms at the same time now.

Those triggers are pretty outdated especially with regard to monks.

Yeah, in the newsletter. One bound credit every day, much like the lessons in January.

This is the one I'm personally excited about (although every single one of these promotions have been amazing):

And a question: what are people's artifact rune placement strategy? All on one piece of jewelry, or each on its own piece of jewelry, or what?

I prefer each on a separate piece of jewelry for these reasons:
  • The "preserves it forever" and "it returns to me" features of second and further runes are wasted if applied to the same jewelry.
  • I can loan out specific rune effects to specific people who can benefit from them.

Well, let's go with Maylea then. I'm an enemy of Maylea's because of ventures into Ethereal Serenwilde. Fix it please. sad.gif

QUOTE (diplomacy Maylea Xenthos)
Xenthos is an enemy of the Divine Order of Maylea, Bloom of Serenity.
A comment has been recorded about the enemying: 'Reason for enemying: Raiding Etherwilde. Should be unenemied once unenemied to Serenwilde.'

Looks already fixed to me. There's no fine and no additional requirement. I'm not happy about the idea that shrines are a commune weapon (and I think neither are you), but that's the world we live in; the best I can do is to ensure that the enemy statuses are linked and there are no additional fines or hoops.

A third point to your list: Your enchantments are more spread on the preserved (and added charges) that the runes gives.

Personally, I can't think of a single reason to put all the runes on the same item (aside from the whole "One Ring to rule them all" aspect tongue.gif )
Shiri2010-03-02 14:58:40

One ring to rule them all, one ring to find them
One ring to bring them all and in the darkness bind them

Good point.

I desperately wish there was a way to move runes from one item to another that didn't cost an absurd 1/3 of the cost of the item. I'd just like nicer, more consistent jewelry, that's all. It should cost like a flat 15cr to remove a rune from item (allowing you to place it on another).

I'd have loved to be able to put my shield rune on my athame from my mandolin. sad.gif
