Can I build a portal gun?
Elostian2010-02-11 09:40:10
If you want to build a portal gun, you go ahead and have fun.
But not under any circumstances will you be allowed to create companion cubes.

No, red hearts. I don't need to get sued.
Edit: it will also contain the souls of the damned, so as to not compromise my 1337 Mag RPeez.

The attendant in one of the hives (I forgot the specific name - the one north of the Gardens, I think) buys the illithoid corpses. No, she kills you if you're enemied.

No, you just put the illithoid corpses in the vat in Imhohet's throne room. Either her or the attendant will just give you gold when you do that.

What are the units of measurement in Lusternia for distance, volume, etc....?

I avoid them by making comparisons instead in my designs, such as to the height of an igasho or the width of two fingers. I think it gives the designs a certain charm in addition to avoiding the issue of who invented the kilometer or the ounce avurdupois.
Aerotan2010-02-11 21:52:52
Clothes are kinda tricky for that, since saying anything is any absolute measurement means that it's going to look daft on SOMEONE. Design something with faelings in mind, and an Igasho WILL wear it, not having paid attention to the little details.

If furries are any indication, it's based upon how far one orifice is from the other.

I cant remember exactly why, but I needed to refer to a specific unit of measurement. Perhaps we can get those Hallifaxians to come up with one.

Well, I don't know, but we Elostianites were making evil plots to craft an exponential scale for the measuring of sneeze intensity.
