It requires eq and unless you're a mage it's an enchantment so yes it'll be on jewellery (ring, necklace, crown etc.) It also requires you to not be hindered.
Okay, it can't be encumbered, so stuff like paralysis and entanglement will prevent it, right? I take it then that it requires full balance and equilibrium, but does it take a balance when used?
Unknown2010-02-09 20:54:03
The usual thing prevent the action, as one might expect. The enchantment consumes equilibrium, and the artifact consumes balance (if my memory serves me right).
Kiradawea2010-02-09 22:05:44
Correct. I believe it is 3 seconds for cleanse, and 1 second for the soap.

Do angels/demons explode on Continuum/Vortex?

I just tested, and my demon doesn't explode on Vortex. Not sure about Continuum, but I assume not.

Why does BROWSE take EQ?

Why does BROWSE take EQ?
Hard to say for certain, of course, but likely because of processor intensity (I think it does quite a bit of sorting etc). Same thing for PATH TO and PATH FIND.
Esano2010-02-10 01:45:14
It used to not take eq, but it was found that one person overusing browse (x) could actually cause significant lag across the game. The eq cost was inserted in an attempt to mitigate this.

And circlet and Kethuru-killer in one. The line forms at the rear.
Oooo, that explains why I was less neurotic than someone else while hunting together! I had no idea the Seal did that!
I assume the Kethuru killing is only helpful for one week.

They should make a zone where it's always helpful.
Like, where everything in it is super-strong, but if you walk into the room wearing it it zaps them for half their health and halves their damage (but leaves their level intact).

The Kethurumobs show up in force during the Event itself, I believe. And any seal works - your one will work next year and the one after that and the one after that, etc.

How many hits do the bastards take without a seal? More or less than a Zenos tempest?

They're not really all that bad in low quantity.
Unless you go afk and keep spawning them.

And they afflict. I've seen sprawled, entangled, blindness, and blackout so far.

Definitely no AFKing while these buggers are about! The Seal doesn't zap them unless I make them leave the room (or leave the room myself) and then enter the room where they are.

Any contact works, really. I believe touching them does, as well.

- Where does Lendren live and why does he have so many problems with his internet connection?
- Who is Xavius? I've never seen him IG.
- How much does it cost my org if I wish to spar in the arena and they foot the tab?
Enquiring mind wishes to know!
Edited last question to make sense.

Lendren lives in the northeast US, in the middle of nowhere. He uses some satellite internet.
Xavius is a forum troll.

A mound of gibbering eyeballs roll off to the south.

I did this 10 times in row and it didn't kill it. But making it leave the room is quite useful. Then I can go walk in on it and kill it immediately.
