... you can get that honours in Mucklemarsh?

If so, I want to thank you from the bottom of my toes. And the Admins and coders who made it possible.

That's rankled me forever.

No but you can get this one--

He restored the might of the fink military.

Do licorice and bananas exist in Lusternia?

Late, but yes to both. We have banana trees in Dramube.

Any cooks know of any recipes with banana? Talan's hat maybe?

EDIT: CONFIRMED. Talan's hat has bananas.

Yes.

Would a towel be a tailoring accessory? Does anyone have an example of one in the game?

How about swim suits (underwear perhaps)? Bathrobes (greatrobes seem wrong but what else would they be)?

If you want a new design-type, message the Charites with the noun ("swimsuit", "bathrobe", "towel", etc). Swim suits are probably too modern, though.

Here in Lusternia, we bathe in the buff!
Aerotan2010-01-31 22:04:47
I've seen people ordering boxer shorts to use as swim trunks before. Though really silk boxers would do little in the way of modesty when wet.

We bathe fully clothed. Most often in full armour or in heavy robes that become thrice as heavy when wet. *rub cleanse*

I have seen robes that are a type of 'coat', get put on in the 'normal' layer and cover chest, gut, arms, legs, waist.
Aerotan2010-02-01 00:45:58
There are also outright coats.

How could I check and see if a design-type was new or not? I can not be the first person to want a towel, can I?

QUOTE (google search)
The first swimsuits were of course no swimsuits at all. People have always gone swimming in the nude or in any clothing appropriate for swimming such as loin cloths. It was not until the 18th century that "swimsuits" were invented mostly for the purpose of hiding the human body according to the morality of the times.

I never have a good feel for where Lusternia actually is with respect to technology or what is too modern. Doesn't Mag have electric lights?

I guess if swimsuits were invented for morality though they have no place in Lusternia wink.gif

What is a Seeker blessing? I've seen them mentioned a couple of times around here.

I think that's in reference to the health blessing you can get from Celest's new garden area by seducing 130 some odd "pilgrims" (or seekers, as Xavius is calling them) and filing them into various places within the gardens.
Rika2010-02-01 06:09:05
So it's basically the same as the health blessing you can get from Tosha?
Razenth2010-02-01 06:10:03
There's a blessing you can get in the mountains for helping the Igasho that gives health. Is that it?
Unknown2010-02-01 06:10:58
I thought Tosha's blessing raised health, mana and ego.

Normally I'd have something to say about one org being given a quest with a buff, but it's Celest, so... good for them! *pinchcheek celest*

Yes, Tosha gives all, but I'm just saying if it is counted as the same buff (ie you can't stack both).

And actually, Magnagora has a quest that gives a blessing, too.

You can get an ego blessing in Serenwilde.

15% I think, but don't quote me on that. Only health.

And every blessing I've come across overrides others, except for god realm blessings. So I'd assume this is the same case since it doesn't have a "divine" line in the blessing.
