If it's a gem seen in Lusternia, you need to put the actual gems. Stuff like crystal/non-listed gems can usually use gem comms.

Augh.

Spam it is!

On the bright side, the cut gemstones are a lot cheaper than the gems commodities.

This is true, it's just a lot of comms total.

Do licorice and bananas exist in Lusternia?

PS: To the one person who might know the importance of this, please don't say anything! I like being anonymous. sad.gif

Licorice is derived from a root/aniseed, so I don't see why not. Bananas probably do, but they shouldn't. (See:our arguement about Jungles in Lusternia)

We have a Licorice Queen, and you can get licorice wheels from the dingbat candy box. I don't know if actual licorice plants are considered to exist for design purposes. Anise can definitely be used as a substitute.

I don't think I've actually seen bananas used. You might get someone to check the big fruit platter that is nothing but fruit and see what's included.

Any cooks know of any recipes with banana? Talan's hat maybe?

EDIT: CONFIRMED. Talan's hat has bananas.

I'm pretty sure there's a licorice reference in Crumkindivia, though whether or not that means it's available as a foodstuff in Prime is another matter. I thought I saw a banana crepe or something like that, but you may have to have a cook look over their recipes.

Can someone message me the design patterns for forging, please?

Forum simple question:

I always assumed that if you came to the forums and you had "Forum Rules" in a white box at the top, that means a moderator warned you for something and was reminding you of the rules. I assumed this until coming on today. Is this not what that little forum rules box is about? Because... going on my previous assumption would shatter my understanding of the universe now being as I don't remember doing anything naughty for some time.
Shiri2010-01-29 15:43:31
No, that's always there. It's relatively unobtrusive so you probably don't notice most of the time though. When mods warn you chances are you'll get an automated PM about it (unless you somehow have a full 50 important" messages that can't be deleted, which I doubt very much, incidentally!) containing the reason.

Note that licorice is one exception to the British spelling rule. (The British spelling is liquorice. I kid you not.) I was forced to change it in one design, and afterwards, I typoed the candybox licorice and the Licorice Queen, and they decided to make it an exception.
Shiri2010-01-29 16:24:18
I don't get how that's "I kid you not" when the American version isn't how you pronounce it either. sad.gif

Edit: nevermind

My somewhat simple question: if I started wanting to learn PvP combat, aside from learning guild skills and cures.(and the 'trans resil').., what would I need to learn first to survive in a fight for more than ten seconds?
