We can also teleport to our novices for no power!

Oh, right, and find and summon them. Wheeeee. Yeah, that sure compares to the champion artifacts for utility and awesomeness!

We could always just go back to the days of only the Champion getting something!

Does Chasm leave the target's corpse behind or no?

On drunkenness:

1) What determines how quickly you recover from drunkenness?

2) How many times do you have to get drunk to develop tolerance?

3) Why is it so frigging hard to find alcohol in the Basin?

If someone were to sip allheale, how long would it be before they can sip it again?

Well, the point is, that would change absolutely nothing for me and for most GAs, so in essence, we never left those days.

1) Level and tolerance

2) Once

3) It's not

You should take a gander at HELP DRINKING.

Not so much an in-game question as it is technical question. I have a laptop and a USB keypad - sometimes when I plug it in, Ctrl+Keypad7 acts as Home, and sometimes it actually acts like the keypad number. I can't figure out any sort of pattern, so I'm wondering if there's some sort of Windows configuration, since this happens in both zMUD and Mush, it's obviously not a client-specific issue...

Anyone have a clue what's happening? confused.gif

Do you have a "function" key on your keypad? And / or numlock? Etc. These buttons can change how keypad presses send signals.
Ssaliss2009-12-27 23:39:07
My personal guess would be on numlock, since keypad 7 is home when numlock is off.

Ssaliss2009-12-27 23:58:36
It's often just above the 7 key. In fact, I've never seen it anywhere else that I can remember.
Rika2009-12-28 00:07:30
My function key says "Fn" and is located on the bottom left, between the left control and windows key.
Ardmore2009-12-28 00:36:01
Oh yes, I didn't see him say function key and/or numlock. Yes, it has numlock. Yes numlock is on. It always is, because my alt+keynum works, and my ctrl+alt+keynum works, just not the ctrl+keynum. :<

Thanks!

To clarify, when you say it hurts, is that in terms of damage, or exp loss like dying? And what kind of chance to block would it be (roughly)? Also, only when it's a poison, or any poison effects at all (i.e. hexes/runes which do poison afflicts)?

Damage, 33% shrug rate, I think. And yes, only on poisons. It'll block dulak's stupidity but not Cen or Hexes

Madam Yith and Madam Yoraghu are the Ninjakari/Nekotai guild trainers.

What are the names of the trainers for Tahtetso and Shofangi?

This may be a question for admin, but I'll ask anyway.

Does Ironbeard track whether you're available for giving a present by character or IP? I know a few of my alts got one an IRL day for a while, but then it dropped to only 1 present total that I'd see every 24 hours personally.
