Are there any other places besides Ethereal where you can get honeycombs? If not, can such an area be made (either a new one or just make them appear somewhere on prime) for those city-dwellers who want delicious delectable droolable honey?

Are there any mountains other than the ring around the Basin (that takes you past Rockholm, Southgard, Angkrag...I think that's all?) where scholars and bards can be found? I'm usually only getting 3 scholars per round, and for bards I usually dip into the roads, where they're more abundant.

Unfortunately, no. Make sure you're going up the emerald road and mt. serikousblahblah, that holds Elostian (I think?) godrealm (I think?), some are up there too.

Emerald road and the road approaching Hallifax are both highway areas, and you find pilgrims an bards there, if memory serves. So far the mountain in the Northwest corner seems to be the only one scholars show up in aside from the loop.

Didn't mean the Emerald Road but the path you take that leads to the Emerald road, if you go up the mountain side instead of following the road, it'll have a scholar every now and then. if I was in-game I'd be able to tell you exactly the two areas that like to hide scholars.
