Edit: To clarify further, you'll see them TIERSTONE GAZE you, but you won't see them PLANEGAZE if their stone is attuned to that plane.

Nothing should show this because it's not a targetted scry, as far as I know. Like scent.

Actually I dunno. I do all my filtering through my manse privs. If you have a city shop I don't think there is a way to do it. Basically you just have to deny organizations.

I agree; i would love to have the perms for each individual bin be set exactly like a manse, so I could mix and match as needed.
