Believe it slows down that limb a slight bit, and it gives you wounds on that limb until you cure it. The problem with that is that the cure is the same as wounds (apply health) and the wounds cure before the twisted limbs. Needless to say, wounds stack up a bit too much (65k once on one limb. The person applied health for a good 15 minutes)

No, health cures numbed limbs, which slow balance.

Mending cures twisted limbs, which add wounds. The issue that arises here is that a mending cure won't work if you have a regen aff on that limb, so stacking things like tendons and mangles prevents the curing of twisted limbs.

Why is Enero still an Ambassador? It seems to me that there should be some kind of Mechanic that automatically ejects you from your position if you're away for so long you get unranked.
