We do have trumpets, but the only verbs you can use with them are the ones to use the tinkerer enchantments. Of course, you can emote anything you damned well please. Including playing that piano you put into your manse room description. Or even operating the hovercar behind it.

What actions can maggoted players perform? Can they fight? Can they use noncombat abilities and tradeskills? Can they talk? Does anything protect maggots from getting jumped by the first person to see them?
