It raises Nifilhema's SPATK two stages.

So's clearing Water and Earth. Heck, Water was like, Shuyin's backyard for a while. I'm probably just not getting what the 'comparison' is.
Water and Earth are subject to discretionary powers and rapid response by the associated city. Forestals who don't want to be enemied to the cities will not go to these planes, so it's not open season there. Faethorn has no 'direct' access to it and is not subject to discretionary powers. Thus, Water and Earth are more restricted than Faethorn. Etherglom/wilde -are- subject to discretionaries and rapid response, but contain significantly less essence and rely on input from Faethorn, an open-access area.

What is SPATK? The sound of a wet board hitting a concrete slab?

Is there any way to replace a project leader who has gone inactive?
Razenth2009-07-31 22:26:11
Yeah, city/guild leaders have automatic control over projects.

I think the leader of the project group should be able to. I might be wrong though (GA's, CL's)

So.. I'm sure this has been asked, but this thread is HUGE.
How many favors does it take to get from CR4 to CR5 and then how many to get from CR5 to CR6?

Meh. I've kind of been getting a "I'm glad you left" vibe from Celest.
But the important thing is that I want you back.
Xiel2009-07-31 23:57:32
If the CR system works like the GR system does, it takes 10 points to go from CR1 to CR2, 20 from CR2 to CR3, 30 from CR3 to CR4, 40 from CR4 to CR5, and 50 from CR5 to CR6. With each CF worth 6 points, you do the math.

Wackodoru Reagent -- does it reset the skills a beast has learned, or the trains gained from reagents?
What does AmnesiaCloud do, exactly? For whatever affliction it causes, what is its effect on a player?

How long does it take before(or when is) the Tapestry rewoven?
Everiine2009-08-01 02:28:27
A weave is 24 hours, and I believe a new one starts at GMT Midnight every night.

Wacjodorus reset all trains and skills back to 0, but it doesn't reset feed. So if you've fed a beast a lot of meat/oats for body trains but it didn't have space for any body trains, whacking it would reset the trains to 0, but you can administer the body trains immediately (thankfully).
And amnesiacloud afflicts all personal enemies in the room with amnesia which causes their next command entered to be eaten up and disregarded.
Unknown2009-08-01 10:24:06
Amnesia doesn't necessarily affect your next command. It takes a random number of commands before it kicks in, to prevent people from going, "Oh, I'll just compose a couple times after I see this amnesia thing hit me," though you could just spam something like compose ten times and probably get the amnesia out of the way, anyway.

Close. Each CF is worth 10 points, except I belive the Leader, which is worth something marginally higher. From there, it's just CR*10+10 for the favours needed, so
CR1-CR2: 20
CR2-CR3: 30
etc.

Ahh, alright. I was confused because I think it only took 1 to get to CR2 and if they are only worth 6 then that wouldn't make sense. So basically just.. 1 to cr2, 2 to cr3, etc?
Man, I need 10 favors..
Esano2009-08-01 15:26:59
The general rule is it takes as many city favours as the city rank you're trying to obtain.
So to get rank 2, it takes 2 favours. For rank 3, 3 favours.
This fits with the numbers above.

Families mutate into historical families right? What family is now Stormcrow?
