I'm with Tervic. I haven't timed it, but it definitely resets sooner than 8 hours. It can reset while you're still doing the darn thing.
Zynna2009-06-19 19:44:33
Estelbar seemed to take forever to reset, but I never timed it. Definitely more than an hour though.

How long, on average, does it take for artifacts@lusternia.com to reply to an inquiry?
anywhere from a few minutes to two or three days, depending on (I assume) admin availability and difficulty of question or request. I have gotten some extremely fast responses on more than a few occasions.

which of the aetherbubbles (Frosticia, Xion, Facility, etc) is the easiest to hunt? (for a level 77 druid)

I like Xion myself. Never went it alone, though. Decent experience even with friends.

Honestly, I think aetherbashing isn't worth it anymore without the harmony spire. It used to add 30% exp for each kill, don't forget. Basically every bubble lost a third of its expworth due to the constructchanges.

Closer to a quarter, but yeah, you lost alot of experience without that spire.

Is there a way to tell where the pit is where the nagameth drags you down? Is it one specific location? I like hunting there, but I'm scared D:

Hopefully this simple question hasn't been asked before. But here goes...
What prevents residents in the Basin of Life from just, you know, walking outside of the Basin? Climbing over the mountains that surround it and just keep walking, that sort of thing. And no, "it hasn't been coded yet" isn't an acceptable answer.
I was hoping for an in-game explanation.

I've hoped for five years :-(

It's assumed that nobody wants to wander outside the Basin since it is (further) assumed that everything outside the Basin is dead and Soulless'd.

I'm guessing that it looks like Fallout 3 on the other side. I'd rather stay where there are some living things thank you very much.
Klaermon2009-06-20 00:50:27
It must be called the Basin of Life for something...
Unknown2009-06-20 00:58:28
Mobs and items reset by the hour, yeah. But when you solve the actual village honour quest, it goes into a cooldown of several hours.

As far as I am aware, the "Official" answer, is that the outside of the basin of life, there are no beacons/sources of power for people to connect to/do magic with/summon gods with.

What does nightsight in Discernment do, and how does Appraise work? Xiel's blurb says it looks at their weapon, but I was told it just looks into their inventory.
What's the difference between what Trueground does and what Realitycheck does?

Nightsight lets you squint/glance at night. Xiel's blurb is the AB, and yes it shows you their inventory.
Trueground, for 2p, reverts unmelded flooded/forested/tainted/wyrded ground to its natural type (if its natural type is tainted wasteland, like the Blasted Lands, it will still be tainted wasteland. It just removes any mage/druid-made alterations). Realitycheck does something entirely different; it removes terrain illusions, which prevent tainting/flooding/foresting/wyrding and melding.

Yes, it's in the one set location.

Kephera, switching to human. Is the extra exp worth the loss of the natural armor and +10 stats on tahto? I'm psymet.
Also, with human, will both harmony blessing and autumn still have effect on top of the natural lvl 2 exp gain?

Is harmony blessing still worth using after circle 80? It seems to add nothing...
