I wish they'd get rid of keeping the trans items from learning tradeskills. It's lame and definately cookie-cutter powergaming, not too mention shoddy RP in some cases.

EDIT: At the very least you can still keep the item but make it so it has no effect.

When I first forgot Jewelry, I gave away my gem to another jeweller, not knowing I could still use it. When she gave it back, I never really used it except as a fun throw in when I spar (as little as I do) to save power. No biggy. I'll just miss having that option. No point using 3 power in a 1v1 when I can use 2. I understand about the whole group combat reason. I'll just have to start using Dazzle instead.

I think it was a very reasonable and balanced suggestion. There were no arguments from any envoy that I saw.

Actually, I wanted it at 2 power and was told rather firmly that 2 was too low. Heh. There was no argument that it needed a change, though.

I'm not too mad with the gem change, it seems reasonable enough. Though I do wish they would get rid of keeping the trans item when you switch trades though.

I agree with Xenthos that 2 power sounds alittle more balanced to me, not really a big deal though.

Well let's see how they fix the warriors. Hopefully the problems in the way, that were stopping PB's and AL's from getting a fair shake have been resolved. I will like to see how it turns out. smile.gif

I don't. Its a nice change having something legitimate to bitch about in Lusternia instead of it just being opinionated rubbish from people who don't know how the skills work.

As for the gem change, it was needed, not only was it needed but with the way trade skills are set up, if someone wants to spend another 100 dollars each trade skill trans item they want, and have to spend it again every time they lose said item, why shouldn't Estarra let them? Keep in mind that trans items are based on your archetype, and if you change and your new archetype couldn't just switch back to that trade skill the item will be forfeit or just useless to you. ex:Fullplate on a Wiccan. Magicrown on a Druid.

Edit:I need to give another few Hazzuh's to the toadcurse change as well, it was the only 8 power skill that gave your enemy invisiblity and cured him of all afflictions so he could easily run away from you.

Edit:Edit:Shattered length is 10 minutes now(not really that big of a change), it used to be 15 before if I'm not misstaken, still waiting on my healing burnout to end.

Editx3:Healing burnout is 45 minutes instead of an hour now, and as for experiance loss, I actually did not -mean- to test that out, but I accidentally used farcure while testing being shattered doh.gif at lvl 80 it was less then 1%.

Debate shatter length was ALWAYS ten minutes, that has never changed and I really doubt it ever will. Shattered ego has nothing to do with ego brunout.

Forren has been chopping down my saplings in a single hit ever since I started fighting him, I don't know wtf people are complaining about. This better not let 10 strength merians chop down saplings in a single hit with speed axes (assuming speed matters like damage does), making them chop faster than I can realitycheck. Saplings still have the disadvantage of not doing a thing against other druids. I wanted the change to be: 1 chop if axe has above average damage, and chopper has 13+ strenth; 2 chops otherwise. Balance delay fixed at five seconds regardless of speed stat of weapon.

Being shattered used to have a LOT to do with burnout as you didn't used to be able to regain ego back after doing one or the other, awhile ago, so having one ment you practically had the other as well. That reminds me of yet another wonderful change. divlove.gif

The burnout change was my suggestion to the envoys for psionics (and healing, I guess?). As it was, burnout was like a huge smack in the face after you likely already die twice afterwards. It was more than vitae+conglut. Not sure what it is now though.

Healing burnout used to be about half of a praying death in neutral territory for me, way way back when I was a novice(ya not very acurate I know), now it's less then half of what vitae is for me.
