well a long time ago it use to be 10... then they changed it to 20.. and I dont think its 30 but I could be wrong

It's always been 20, then it was changed to 30.

Never remember it being 10, even on Achaea. I had 20 to start with, and recently I got 30 (although with the infuriating side effect of the whole thing messing around and starting in the middle of the screen, which yes I have bugged. Ages ago.)
