What Nayl did was severely disappointing to see. I am disappointed that all the majourity of Nihilists are doing is hangedman/shackles paralysis and tortureing. LEARN TO STING DAMNIT. The only time that combination should be used is in teaming. If Nayl reads this when in one on one combat I suggest you invest with --Shackles, Paralysis, Anorexia, Stupidity, breathe contagion*if you have it*, then sting the hell out of them THEN torture, or set up for a wrack. Sting is incredibly under used from what I can see. But it is the backbone of my combat, and other good Nihilist fighters I have seen.

Thing is, I was testing out what people were whinging about, and usually sting is my main attack, also, this was my first spar after swapping from Hexes, so, I was mainly playing around with things, and setting up aliases and such.
Oh, and I only used sparkle once in the entire thing, and Rakor won in the FFA because he got a charybdon recklessness which I didn't notice (fixed now)

I'm guessing he probably enlarged you. That's why I always use my diminish enchantment now so I can writhe faster, I've managed to writhe out of hangman right before torture too.

Its seriously weak. Diagnose is half a second eq for just about everyone, if you're not willing to give that up to know what random afflictions you're getting hit with, you may as well just turn your triggers off and let them cosmicfire you to death.

Ectoplasm only hits enemies. Which is nice, because a couple people have used it against me and it didn't hit. I wish there were more advantages to this large size thing. It's not too great.

I'm so slow I either have to use omen and hope I can kill them before it runs out (luck) or rely on charybdon recklessness, and hope they don't diagnose.

Torak - wrack is almost useless, even against me. If you're lucky enough to catch me below half mana then I'll have to be unshielded (right? not sure about that, actually) and not writhing, which is unlikely. I haven't been wracked yet.

Its easy to estimate if they are recovering mana too fast for a wrack,just watch them drinking potions, and I suggest after afflicting enough to start the wrack process you quicken, triple leech (quickenin ends), leech once more, hangedman with a fool masking it then wrack. This has been working wonders for me lately, but make sure you have them afflicted up first. Otherwise they can drink just as much as you can drain.

Because, of course, you poor thing, you don't have heretic/infidel/inquisition, your angel afflicting, carcer, rubble or any way of keeping them in -comfort-

I always thought it would be fun to allhex:

3 sleeps (1 strips insomnia, 1 puts you to sleep, 1 strips kafe)
vapors
stupidity
paralyze

And follow up with aeon (while the banshee is pacified) and lash/toad. If you did manage to wake up, the pixie should snag you...

I'm not sure if this would work but meh, it would be cool if it did. It would be a lot harder to deal with than the traditionall allhex.
