In case you're having problems with that Matrix thing, here is a WinZip (*.zip) file which contains ascii_matrix.html:

Save the zip file somewhere and/or open it, then extract the HTML file somewhere. Then, you can open the HTML file from your computer using IE/Firefox/Opera or whatever.
