have now added diminishing returns to movement resistance over 50%, with

This makes me ask the question, what are the resistance rates of the other rooting key words?

Well if 90% is Unearthly I would say Poor would be close to 0% so maybe something like...
Poor 0%, slight 15%, intermediate 30%, moderate 45%, considerable 60%, major 75%, unearthly 90%?? Not saying that it is, but just a guess from a non-divine :)
