Alright. I'm interested in finding more designers for Mayhem Designs (LMD) and Lianmor Artisan Cartel (LAC). Each cartel has a theme in mind, and has a payment system for those interested in joining and designing.

Right now, we are looking for tailors and artisans. We are also looking for designers, does not require to be of any specific trade at that. Private designs that are applicable will be submitted free of charge, the cartel will pay for the 5k fee. For submitting a design, you will be paid 2000 gold per design.

Every time a design is used, you will get paid 500 gold. Every time a design is sold you will get 1000 sent to you. The way this will be monitored is if the design is sold in a shop, we can check the shop logs to find out if that is bought or not. The idea of finding more artisans and tailors means that those designs can be more widely used, and if it is shown that the integrity is keeping up with the royalty system is faulty, then the person in question on the third warning will be ejected from the cartel.

LMD has 3/3 slots. LAC has 4/4 slots. Your designs when passed will be shown on lianmor.wordpress.com, which would give some extra publicity to yourself. Extra designs will be stored and pulled up at a later point as needed.

There is also another project available to designers, which is for room design in Lianmor. 155 rooms total, the designer will get paid 3k per unfinished room. That's 465k available to a person who designs the current amount of rooms. The end goal is around 800 to 900 rooms, which would leave the sole designer, if there is one, 2,700,000 gold for their designing plus a bonus.

This has shown up before with other cartels, so: Plagiarism of works will not be tolerated and you will find yourself ejected from the cartel.
