Out of curiosity:

1. I read somewhere that different types of modules grant varying amounts of experience. Does anyone have a handy list of the different rates?

2. How much of an impact does aethership skill have on the various positions (pilot, empath, gunner) outside the actual abilities granted as you go along?

3. Likewise for proficiency.

Siphon is half everything else.
Skill is a factor, though not nearly as big a factor as everyone imagines.
Proficiency is a bigger factor than people give it credit for.
