Ok, so a smidge ago, Shulamit decided to take a vow of silence, in order to try and remain calm, and focus on designing better. (i.e. Messages. Lots of them. Or just talk to Euterpe, she'll talk to you)

So, because Shulamit was upset, she let the Lord-and-Lady Mysrai know, just...well, ok, Shulamit rambles to gods about defeating people in aetherspace, she she prays to Them just to pray, sometimes. And this is the conversation that happened when the Lady-and-Lord Mysrai appeared to talk to Shulamit.

A cool, dry wind sweeps through the manse, stirring the pages of the books in
the library and whispering softly in dead tongues.

Reality blurs between ephemeral paradigms as Mysrai emerges from thin air.

You have emoted: Shulamit looks up from designing, glowing a soft purple.

With a flourish of your arm, you bow deeply.

Mysrai, the Black Star of Morning intones, "What troubles you, Our Shulamit?"

You bow respectfully to Mysrai.

You shuffle your feet uneasily.

Euterpe, Muse of Music says, "She took a vow of silence. I'd say this doesn't
extend to talking to the Gods, though."

Euterpe, Muse of Music peers at you unscrupulously.

You blush furiously.

Mysrai, the Black Star of Morning intones, "Speak for her, then, muse, for
perhaps it is in keeping with My will."

The ghost of a smile passes fleetingly across Mysrai's lips.

Euterpe, Muse of Music says, "Just mortals. Her soul is, easily troubled,
Lady-and-Lord Mysrai. She never meant to bother You with it. Shesometimes act
without thinking."

look mysrai
She is a radiant immortal and She looms tall and slender, crowned in flickering
sparks of coppery essence that wind about Her ebon brow. Within the unreal
planes of Her lovely, unmortal face, Her eyes are less black than utterly absent
of light or colour: within them, cold constellations gleam with alien pinpricks
of starry light. Bearing little to mark Her as truly gendered, She is only
lightly curved, and Her limbs and torso are elongated and angled oddly; Her
fingers, tipped with sharp talons, are seven-jointed and burnt with sigils. A
faint, enigmatic smile graces Her unmoving lips, cast upon Her features as if
from some alien metal. She is wearing a mercurial gown of Void-black shiftings,
a votary icon of the Void and a circlet of winding potentials.

Mysrai, the Black Star of Morning intones, "Passion is no poor thing."

Mysrai, the Black Star of Morning intones, "One impulse may be that of Will made
manifest in a single moment, of flame kindling within a lamp. So it is that the
path to enlightenment may be in passion and peace at a once."

Euterpe, Muse of Music says, "Hm, noted. However, sometimes acting without
thinking can also make things worse, can they not? A fellow city member has her
upset, and her learning of...politics, so to speak, has made it impossible for
the person to have any serious repercussions."

You raise your hand high in the air, feeling hopeful.

Euterpe, Muse of Music says, "Oh, she also wants to add that three of the four
veils were accepted, I think."

Mysrai, the Black Star of Morning intones, "It is well."

Veils of pale copper energies swirl briefly in the air about Mysrai's form
before settling.

You have emoted: Shulamit touches a ivory veils softly.

You give an ivory veil covered in stars and letters a compassionate hug.

You ponder the situation.

Euterpe, Muse of Music says, "But her soul can be very....fragile. I have told
her she needs to remain calm, and not just get so upset over things that can and
will pass. Sometimes it works."

You blush furiously.

The soft sound of running water is heard from a nearby fountain, accompanied by
the lilting song of a muse.

Mysrai, the Black Star of Morning intones, "Silence is a pleasing thing, for
within it, the ivory poppy may flourish unguarded."

Euterpe, Muse of Music says, "It did prove sort of fruitful, her being upset.
She finally asked Polyhymnia, my sister to join us."

Euterpe, Muse of Music says, "Then I will make sure she does not break her vow,
at least for a bit."

Euterpe, Muse of Music nods solemnly.

You nod your head emphatically.

Mysrai, the Black Star of Morning intones, "It is well. Let the Muses of Our
Brother thus be united."

Euterpe, Muse of Music smiles happily, pleased to see her sister soon.

Euterpe, Muse of Music says, "She did also write two pamphlets, which she gave
to Seni. Apparently, Ixthiaxa is to learn of Freedom?"

You shrug helplessly.

Mysrai's eyes gleam, stars shifting swiftly within the Void-black orbs.

You have emoted: Shulamit blinks, caught in the Lord-and-Lady Mysrai's shifting
eyes.

The soft mooing of cows can be heard in the distance, as they graze in the
bright sunlight.

Mysrai, the Black Star of Morning intones, "From silence, My Shulamit, find
peace."

Mysrai graciously grants you entrance into the Divine Order of Mysrai, the Black
Star of Morning. Congratulations, and may you serve your God well.

Tears flow freely from your eyes as Mysrai, the Black Star of Morning appoints
you to The Veil of Silence Within the Aspect of Ivory.

You have emoted: Shulamit glows a brilliant white colour, bowing low before the
Lady-and-Lord Mysrai.

Mysrai, the Black Star of Morning intones, "My Will corresponds with yours, and
thus I am pleased. Remain silent, for you shall be as Ivory before Me in
perfection: casting no shadow but serenity where you go. Let your lips be sealed
in service to Me till I release you from My Will."

Reality solidifies, mending itself into a single paradigm as Mysrai departs.

--- Since I had to keep telling Euterpe to talk, I might have been bad in cutting out the two extra commands before her speaking, that is, the command enter, then the tell sent to her, before she actually spoke. Sorry if one snuck in there.
