Hey, I was just wondering if any other people here have a PS account on the PS3. It'd be nice to play on-line with people I sort of know or have something similar in common for once Right now I just have (for multiplayer) Call of Duty 4, Burnout Paradise, and soon GTA 4. If you have an account then feel free to share here and I'll share my account name, since if there are no responses then there'd really no point

You bought the glorified DVD player?

I actually wanted the Wii, but my dad wanted the DVD player part of it In the meantime I'll just have to make the best out of it.

When I finally get an HDTV, I'm actually going to be buying a PS3 to use almost solely as a Blu-Ray player, lol.

I was reading that Sony is kind of messing with people who buy the standalone players, because they're upgrading the software used in the discs, but the players are un-upgradable, so, at a certain point, 1st gen blu-ray players won't be able to play new blu-ray discs, and so on and so forth. The PS3 is the only player that can and will be upgraded. And it's really not much more expensive than a current-gen player.

Wii's are hella hard to find still. Woe. Anycase, if you ever get one. Let me know!

I heard that the PS3 Home rocks, dunno hopefully I'll find out in June when I get one I'd have no problem playing with you.

And yeah I keep hearing bad things about Sony (heh, you have like every other console besides the PS3) But when PS Home comes out it will be fun to all play together!
