Husky Adoptions

We have one last surprise for you right before the holidays: you can now become a proud owner of a husky beast! That’s right, the years of teasing are over and huskies are here. You will be able to purchase a husky puppy from Bavdo at Solstice Court but only once the huskies accept you. To be accepted you have to help Homney Honeytongue (quest: solstice_huskies) at least once and then play with huskies at the husky huts (if none are out: buy a treat from the box, drop it, and interact with the huskies with emotes). Once a puppy has taken a shine to you, visit Bavdo and take that adorableness home.

The huskies are pretty expensive when priced in gold (over 1mil!) because of their inherents, so we have also made them available in credits this time. They come with bodyguard, jump, and trample. If you’re confused about those inherents, have I got a playlist for you!

Huskies are our most elaborately scripted beasts to date, with reactions to environments, weather, other dogs in the room, and more. Some of their reactions also depend on their personality which is shaped by how you develop their body. Aggressive, noble, friendly? That will change some reactions. Regardless of personality, they are still huskies though, and they certainly like to be vocal and argue.
