All of Creation is under threat once more as the Nine Seals have been
weakened. Thus, the first of the Nine Challenges, the Challenge of Chaos
was held. Mortals from across the Basin rushed to gather the hamsters
up, searching for the Purple Hamster of Chaos. First to find her was
Xena McCloud, of Celest. Taking up refuge in the market of Epicure's
Alley, she held on strong, but did not last. The hamster was then nabbed
by Elanorwen Pavok of Hallifax, but this was short lived. Through
the chaos, the hamster would come to change hands many times, cycling
through members of every city and commune, including the vigilant
Celestian forces of Saoirse, Lorina, Ryboi, Neos, Yarith, and Tridemon;
Marcella and Silvanus of Magnagora; Kreon, of the Serenwilde; Lerad, of
Glomdoring; and Malarious, of Gaudiguch. As the event came to a close,
the hamster passed hands repeatedly, and at its end, none would claim
the Purple Hamster of Chaos.

Unable to name a Sealbearer, Avechna called for the event to be
extended, all vying just to claim the Seal. Once again, Xena was first
to claim the Purple Hamster of Chaos, but lost it soon after. Marcella,
Lorina, and Saoirse would all come to hold the hamster, but ultimately,
it was Kalas Malarious, of Gaudiguch, who would claim victory at the
last chaotic minute. Congratulations to Malarious, bearer of the Seal of
Chaos!
