Therefore, the City of Gaudiguch shall establish eleven edicts concerning environmental educational electives. Every such elective must be edifying, emotionally enheartening, and eternally dedicated to improving everyone's emotions. What qualifies as environmental, educational, edifying, or emotionally enheartening shall be determined whenever it becomes convenient to do so.

As tradition dictates (one I have proudly begun and hereby uphold), this winning proclamation shall now be celebrated and imposed upon the City of Gaudiguch until a year after this posting.

This rule, celebrated for the use of the most alliterative words, shall stand as a testament to Tuilinn's wit and cunning until the next Sultana's Game.
