In particular, check out the information for Auction #29. There is currently a report up for the Cement Socks, that may change its functionality or refund it entirely. The auction will close before this report finishes the voting stage so it'll possibly change after the bid. By bidding on this, you are acknowleding that it may change functionality or it may get refunded. If it gets refunded, it'll be at the current value of 1000 credits. We will not be issuing refunds if the functionality changes.

We realize that this may drive the bid price down, but we want to be upfront with you in regards to it.
