4.14.17 THE TRILL RACE
Descended from the Elder Goddess Trillillial, the trill are a race of bird-like humanoids. They are very graceful and quite tall (though their hollow bones make them rather delicate). They have beautiful feathered wings, giving them the ability to fly, and the feathers of which range from a soft silver to more robust browns. No trill grows hair on their head, rather they have a cap of downy feathers. Trills prefer high mountain ranges where their forebears built great nests. The lucidian and the trills are the primary builders of Hallifax (which became lost in time during the Taint Wars and was eventually freed through the efforts of the lucidian Saaga Shevat), which is a city in the clouds, an architectural wonder of crystal spires and aeromantic engineering. STATISTICS: Strength : 12 Dexterity : 14 Constitution: 11 Intelligence: 14 Charisma : 15 Size : 10 ADVANTAGES: o Can fly. (FLY and LAND) o Regenerate health and mana while flying or in a cloudy environment, level 2. o Resistance to cold, level 3. o Resistance to electric damage, level 2. o Resistance to psychic damage, level 2. o Advanced seduction influencing, level 2. o Special for Trill in Hallifax: Upon gaining the Aeromancy or Harmonics specialization a Trill becomes a Cloud Trill with statistics changing by -2 strength, -1 dexterity, +2 intelligence, and +1 charisma. If a warrior, upon gaining the Aeonics specialization, becomes a Storm Trill with statistics changing by +3 strength, +2 constitution, -2 intelligence and -3 charisma. o Special for Trill in Hallifax: Upon gaining the Loralaria specialization in Music a Trill becomes a Warbling Trill with statistics changing by -3 strength, +1 intelligence, +3 charisma, -1 size. DISADVANTAGES: o Susceptible to fire damage, level 1.
