Xaldrin Somnius, who is my brother-in-law (and twin to my husband.)

He wears an unusual suit that has the jacket and pants frozen, and a crazy top hat. So that's why they look odd. The vest underneath the jacket and the hat are NOT frozen though. And THREE EARRINGS in one ear. Sheesh. He is taking a walk on a path in the Somnius gardens.
